In Vietnam, helmets are required for motorbikers only. I think pedestrians should be required to wear them too!

Tell Caleb to be careful where he puts his feet; it looks like it's possible for the moving spokes to catch them and cause injury.
Also, if Caleb is hanging on the bottom part of Andy's bike seat, where the metal springs are, there's a change that his fingers will get pinched by a compressing spring, if Andy rides over sudden bump.
