Our first visitor to ring in the New Year

And who should that be but....Mike Ling the cycling adventurer from San Jose!? He'd been cycling Vietnam since 12/16/08, and finally showed up in front of our gated community last Monday 1/5/09. Both Caleb and I were sick like dogs that week with fever, stomach pains, and diarrhea, but we were all very happy that Mike made it to Haiphong safely and in one piece!
